Information for ordering school uniform for September 2022

PMG Schoolwear will be running an appointment system over the Summer months again this year.  This has proved popular with parents who have benefited from dedicated time and a member of staff to assist them with fitting and purchasing uniform.

From 1st July all parents wishing to visit one of our stores can book an appointment beforehand by visiting www.pmgschoolwear.co.uk and then clicking on the link at the top of the page.

We try to encourage parents to shop early for uniform. Whilst PMG invests heavily in stock, inevitably some sizes do run out.  This year with delays of shipments from Asia there could be delays in getting uniform if people shop after this date.

This date is important not only for new starters but for all parents.

Cut off date is 12th August 2022

School Uniform from September 2021

All children will be expected to wear full school uniform from September 2021.

On the days that your child has PE, they will still be allowed to wear their PE kit to school on that day.

All uniform, including PE kit can be purchased from PMG schoolwear (please see information below).

WEPA Pencil Cases

We now have new Wood End Park Academy pencil cases available to purchase for £3 each. If you would like to purchase a pencil case for your child, please make a payment through Parent Pay and we will give the pencil case directly to your child.

School Uniform

Children are expected to wear school uniform at all times at Wood End Park Academy. They should also represent the expectations and values of the school and look presentable at all times. This consists of:

Ties (optional for this year) - blue striped.

These can be purchased from the front office

Blazers (optional for this year also) can be ordered online: PMG Schoolwear.

Hijabs must be black, grey, white or dark blue and hair accessories should be grey, black, dark blue or white

Caps for the summer – Blue

PE Kit 

• White polo shirt
• Navy shorts
• Hoody
• Joggers 
• Plimsolls

Items are available for purchase online. This is an aspect of school life where parental support is vital. Please ensure that your child comes dressed in uniform to represent our school smartly e.g. hair cuts are also expected to show off our smart image so cuts into boy’s hair of lines or logos are not allowed.
