Our Computing Ambassadors and Assistants are chosen for their passion of the subject computing. Ambassadors and Assistants are a great help to staff and pupils across the school.
During this term, the Computing Ambassadors will help to lead some assemblies for both KS1 and KS2. These assemblies will be about their roles as Computing Ambassadors in the school and how to be e-safe when using the internet.
During certain lunchtimes, the Ambassadors and Assistants support at computing clubs for Year 3, 4, 5 and 6. During these clubs, pupils can edit/up-level work that they have done during their Computing lessons.
Ambassadors and Assistants also support with a variety of tasks so pupils can have the chance to try a wide range of computing activities.
In addition to supporting their peers in Computing sessions, they also make sure equipment/software is being looked after and used sensibly.
The Computing Ambassadors always do a great job of engaging children who need a bit of extra support to have an enjoyable lunchtime.
