Pupil Leadership is an important part of the WEPA community. Through our many different roles, we encourage pupils to become 'strong, empathetic citizens' (WEPA Curriculum offer). Each pupil is required to apply for their role- some followed by a democratic vote- then we offer training to prepare them for their reponsibilities: supporting their peers, helping to shape the school and taking reponsibility for key areas in the curriculum and beyond.
