GRADES

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive school where every family is valued and respected. We celebrate diversity in all its forms, including culture, language, faith, disability and identity, recognising it as a strength. Through inclusive practice, ambitious curricula and high expectations, we ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, can thrive and achieve their potential. We work collaboratively across our federation while celebrating the unique character of our school. Guided by integrity, our values are reflected in our daily actions, creating a culture of trust, belonging and excellence for all.

One of the ways we ensure an inclusive curriculum is through evaluating our work through the lens of GRADES: gender, relationships, age, disability, ethnicity, sexuality. By considering the representation of these characteristics within our curriculum, we can ensure that our pupils have an understanding of the diversity represented within British society and our own community.
