At Wood End Park Academy, we take pride in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of each child is our top priority. All members of staff at Wood End Park Academy have yearly safeguarding training and updates throughout the year.  We have a dedicated team that responds to any safeguarding concerns.

The Safeguarding Team

The Safeguarding Team at Wood End Park Academy meet each week to discuss all safeguarding concerns. Each member is in receipt of up-to-date training and engage fully with local cluster meetings and work with key stakeholders such as families, social services and the LADO. 

Displays are located around the academy to let the staff, pupils and visitors know who is in the Safeguarding Team so concerns can be reported promptly.
