Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium is additional government funding provided to schools to help improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged pupils. It is used to reduce attainment gaps, support academic progress, enhance attendance and wellbeing, and ensure all children have access to opportunities that help them achieve their full potential.

At Wood End Park Academy, we are committed to ensuring disadvantaged pupils make strong progress and achieve highly. Through high-quality teaching, targeted interventions, careful tracking of progress, and wider support for attendance, wellbeing and enrichment, we remove barriers to learning and provide every pupil with the opportunities, resources and support needed to succeed.
