Help Protect the Environment - Annual Fundraiser

Wood End Park Academy's School Council (from years 1- year 6) joined up with Trees for Cities to plant trees on the green area on Dawley Road.

Children were able to showcase their knowledge on how trees help the environment and the importance of trees in our world today. They worked up a sweat digging deep to plant a range of trees from maple trees to cherry trees.

Thank you to the School Council for providing Hayes with a chance of having fresh air  and beautiful scenery around us.
